I think that people also need easy to read bursts of health information that they can incorporate into their lives. There are some pocket calendars that health consultants give out that seem to be a good idea to me. Each month has a different topic inaddition to the calendar. This seems like something that people would keep and the messages would be there for them to read as they use the pocket calendars for appointment or whatever. Has anyone used the calendars available on wellnessway.com?
